For over 7 years, we have developed our space as a fertile oasis for respite and growth. It's a perfect space for business clutter to melt away and to spend time on yourself.

Voice Coach Studios was originally the hay loft and stable that belonged to the
Old Paddington Bakery in the 1800's. Its proud heritage is still in the walls.

Voice Coach Studios is an inspiring space for creative training and growth, whether it is personal or business. A fusion of corporate and creative, our studios are perfect for a business brainstorm, planning meeting, corporate skills development providing creative nourishment.

How to get there

We are located at The Loft, 1A Victoria St, Paddington, which is behind the Paddington Inn on Oxford St and opposite 16 Victoria St. There are easy bus routes from the city 387, 380 and 333, and it is 10 minutes in a cab

Parking

There is generally 2 hour parking around Voice Coach Studios.

What to bring to your 1st session

  • A piece of relevant business content that you would speak
  • A piece of inspiring text
  • A change of loose fitting clothing
  • Your opening questionnaire
  • Some comfy socks as we have a shoes off policy

Cancelation Policy

Please let us know if you are going to cancel your appointment. We have a 100% cancelation fee for your session, if you cancel within 24 hours.

Payments

Voice Coach accepts American Express or you can pay by PayPal or internet transfer. We do not accept cheques. Voice Coach requires payment within 7 days of you invoice.

Capacity

Voice Coach Studios has a capacity for:
15 people moving eg: practical training/presentation skills
40 people seated eg: lecture style
60 people standing eg: cocktail event

Facilities

The following facilities are available and included in your room hire fee:

• Tables and chairs arranged in any format: boardroom style, open plan etc.
• 2 rostra for performances
• Data projector and speakers (please provide your own laptop)
• Access to wireless internet
• Flip chart with coloured pens/crayons
• Windows can be written on for additional writing space. Pens provided.
• Tea/Coffee making facilities
• Piano

Catering

The Paddington Alimentari does great food. Lorraine runs this local Italian deli and it is a honey pot for the discerning Paddington local. She can arrange a platter of meats, cheeses and antipasto, sandwiches or salads. She also has great cakes and Italian yummies for afternoon tea.

Catering starts at $20 per head.

Hiring Fees

Daily hire is $800/day (8 hours) (+GST)
Half day hire (4 hours) is $400 (ex GST)
Hourly rate is $80 (+GST)
Weekend and after hours rates are $40/hour (+GST)

This includes all facilities above as indicated, and access 30 minutes before to set up the space. This does not include catering.
